cristii (he/they) is a Nigerian-Romanian vocalist, writer, producer and sound designer. Their sound is influenced by their upbringing in rural Malawi and North London, being exposed to classical, afrobeat, funk and gospel music from an early age. Their work is inspired by all shades of the human experience, nature, indigenous traditions and the interface of technology, history, art and cultural evolution. cristii blends folk, electronic and ethereal sounds that invites listeners to go deeper.
