Immerse yourself in a unique retreat that blends visual art, traditional African cosmology, and ritual, drawing inspiration from the Igbo myth of The Four World Ages led by Marques Redd. This workshop offers a profound engagement with ancient wisdom through breathwork, guided visualizations, personal discovery, oracles, and creativity.

According to Nigerian-Igbo myth-science, human history is divided into Four World Ages: Divine Unity, Separation, Civilization, and Chaos. Participants will delve into these eras by watching a thought-provoking film and then experiencing these stages through guided visualizations and breathwork. You will also create your own oracle card decks inspired by images from the film, designed to guide you in the dream realm.

Using breath and dreams as portals, we will explore our individual and collective consciousness, following the practices of ancient cultures. Join us for this intimate, week-long workshop and choose your path of self-discovery and enlightenment.
